Defending champion Jannik Sinner retained his Wimbledon crown with a composed four-set victory over Alexander Zverev, winning 6–7(7), 7–6(2), 6–3, 6–4 in 3 hours 46 minutes. After narrowly dropping the opening-set tiebreak, Sinner steadily took control, claiming the second-set tiebreak before breaking Zverev once in each of the final two sets to secure back-to-back Wimbledon titles and his fifth Grand Slam singles championship.
